Ever been to a public protest?

You should go sometime. Really, it's a bit like a festival with lots to see and hear. Today's tax protest in front of the City-County building was fueled by anger, frustration and a good dose of solidarity. In light of our city's taxation woes, I felt sadness as I noticed desperation on some faces. On a lighter note, I can confidently say that the determined resolve of most of these people is contagious. It's time to get involved if you aren't already.
